Interstate 10:
Pepper Interchange, Colton
Located on Interstate 10 in Colton, CA, the Pepper Avenue Interchange provides freeway access to and from both commercial and residential communities, most notably is the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. This project will construct a five-lane bridge and improve ramps and drainage for better circulation on and off the freeway. Unique to this project is a federal pilot program that incentivizes hiring of local and vetaran labor.
