As of August 26, 2016, the jInitiator version of the ITIMS application has been permanently retired. Please visit the installation support page to obtain installation software and instructions for configuring your computer to access the JRE version of the ITIMS application.

 IMPORTANT 

The Federal Information System Security Awareness Training Course (FISSA+) must be completed at least every 365 days by all users of the ITIMS system. Failure to complete the current FISSA+ course before your required annual due date will result in account deactivation. New users of the ITIMS system must complete the current FISSA+ course before an ITIMS account will be approved.

Users are responsible for maintaining control of all system outputs produced by this information system. Users should ensure that all reports and outputs are picked up immediately and are not left for unauthorized viewing or collection. Users should also treat all system outputs in their possession as sensitive and maintain control of these outputs at all times, in accordance with established records management regluations, policies and procedures.
