One Health Record® enables providers and hospitals to securely track and share patients' medical histories. This will provide better health care as providers participate in the health information exchange (HIE). One Health Record® helps facilitate coordinated patient care, reduce duplicative treatments and avoid costly errors.
One Health Record® can help by ensuring that everyone involved in a patient’s care—whether in a primary care setting, a specialists’ office or emergency department—has access to the same information.
