ALL CUSTOMERS:
Please note - Effective Immediatly, we will be using Order Minimums. All orders under $50.00 will be charged a flat $10.00 Shipping Fee. Any orders placed, that total $50.00 or more and are being shipped in the Contenental United States will continue to be shipped at no charge.
Customer Accounts: Due to changes in processing payments, we need to obtain the following information . FSN (Fiscal Station Number), ALC (Agency Loction Code) and TAS (Treasury Accounting Symbol).
New Customer Accounts
The Supply Service Center is authorized to provide medical supply support to federal activities and to cost reimbursable contractors when authorized by the Government Contracting Officer. We may not, however, provide support for any activity not meeting eligibility criteria.
A cost reimbursable contractor must provide a letter of authorization signed by the government Contracting Officer recognizing that you have a cost reimbursable type contract and that your activity is specifically authorized to utilize government supply sources through the term of the contract. The documentation showing that your activity meets eligibility criteria will be evaluated and if approved, the necessary information to set up an account will be sent to you.

New eCom Accounts
eCom accounts are for existing SSC customers with a valid customer number who wish to gain access into our eCom site for on-line ordering purposes.
If you are not an existing SSC customer with a valid customer number you must first get a new account before applying for an eCom account.
