The Florida Department of Health in Volusia County offers the following family planning services:

  • Family Planning counseling and education

  • Pregnancy testing and counseling

  • Confidential Teen counseling (Teen Choices)

  • Birth control - all methods

  • Emergency contraception

  • Sterilization Referrals (Tubal and Vasectomy)

  • Physical exam and lab analysis

  • Fertility awareness

  • HIV counseling and screening

  • Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) counseling and screening

Eligibility

  • Universal eligibility with emphasis on low income persons, utilizes sliding fee scale.

  • Please provide income for all members of the household who are currently employed.

  • Income must be current and consecutive.
