If an approved self-insured employer or group self-insurance association is unable to pay a workers' compensation award, payments may be made by the Workers' Compensation Self-Insurance Guaranty Fund Board.  Membership on the Board is as follows:

If an Insurance Carrier is unable to pay a workers' compensation award due to insolvency, payments may be made by the Oklahoma Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association.
