About Us

The Fort Huachuca Trial Defense Service Office is open to walk-in clients on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 0830-1630 for Article 15s and Administrative Separations. Clients requesting assistance with these matters must be present at 0830 in order to receive same day services. The office is closed to walk-in clients on Tuesdays and Thursdays in order to prepare cases, however, appointments may be made on these days. If you are under investigation, please call to make an appointment to speak with an attorney as soon as possible.

TDS Mission

To provide independent, competent, and ethical defense legal services to Soldiers, as required by law or as authorized by The Judge Advocate General.

The TDS mission is to provide a full-range of defense legal services to Soldiers. These services include:
- Representing Soldiers charged with military criminal offenses at trial;
- Representing Soldiers during criminal investigations and before elimination or grade reduction boards;
- Counseling Soldiers regarding pretrial restraint, nonjudicial punishment, and various adverse administrative actions taken pursuant to military regulations.
