Class I - May enter ANY phase of the LP-Gas business.

Class II - May install and service LPG containers, piping, and
appliances, including mobile homes, motor homes, travel trailers, and other recreational vehicles. May not sell
or deliver LPG.

Class III - May sell, install, and service LPG appliances and
piping. May not sell or deliver LPG.

Class IV - May deliver or transport LPG. May sell LPG to manufacturers
of LPG and/or sell LPG to manufacturers of products which LPG form a component part, and/or sell to other
dealers who hold a permit with this Commission to sell LPG.

Class V - May install equipment, including containers used on
internal combustion engines. May not sell or deliver LPG.

Class VI - May sell LPG and fill approved containers and motor
fuel containers on their premises. May not deliver or transport these containers off their premises.

Class VI(X) - May exchange filled or empty approved containers
on their premises. May not fill containers. May not deliver or transport containers off their premises.

Class VII - May deliver or transport LPG over the highways in
approved containers. May not sell LPG.

Class VII(E) - May transport LPG over the highways of the state
of Louisiana. May not sell LPG. (Emergency 90 day permit)

Class VIII - May sell, store, and transport LPG used solely in
the cutting and metal working industry. May sell and install piping and containers, ASME, ICC, or DOT, used solely
in the cutting and metal working industry.

Class IX - May inspect, recertify, and recondition DOT and ICC
containers. May not sell, deliver, or transport LPG.

Class A1 - May enter ANY phase of the anhydrous ammonia business

Class A2 - May install and service anhydrous ammonia containers,
piping, and appliances. May not sell, deliver, or transport anhydrous ammonia

Class A3 - May sell anhydrous ammonia and fill approved containers
with anhydrous ammonia on their premises. May not deliver or transport anhydrous ammonia off their premises

Class A4 - May deliver or transport anhydrous ammonia over the
highways. May not sell anhydrous ammonia.

Class A3X - May engage in the exchange of approved anhydrous
ammonia cylinders on their premises, but shall not fill cylinders.

Class A4E - May transport anhydrous ammonia over the highways
of the state of Louisiana, but shall not sell anhydrous ammonia. (Emergency 90 day permit)

Class R1 - May install LPG or anhydrous ammonia piping and make
alterations or modifications to existing piping systems. Must hold a master plumber's license issued by the
state of Louisiana. May not install equipment or appliances.

Class R2 - May install LPG or anhydrous ammonia appliances and
equipment and make alterations to existing appliances and equipment. Must be in the mechanical contracting
business. May not install LPG or anhydrous ammonia piping.

Class 44 - Anhydrous Ammonia Class A4E pending applications.
