Ferré-D'Amaré Lab Research

In addition to serving as a carrier of genetic information, RNA can adopt complex three-dimensional structures that bind other molecules with high specificity, and precisely position functional groups. We study the biophysical underpinnings for this molecular versatility, and how organisms exploit it in the control of cellular physiology.
