ICBVI Plans

The State Plan for ICBVI is a federal document updated yearly and required by the Rehabilitation Services Administration under the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitation Services, U.S. Department of Education.

The ICBVI State Plan for Federal Fiscal Year 2014 is effective from October 1, 2013 to September 30, 2014.
