Find a Medical Provider
To search for a Medical Provider click the link below. When the web site
comes up select "Workers Compensation" in the "Select a Network" drop down box.
You will then have the option to set other search criteria (method of search,
provider name, address, city, zip code, specialty etc.). Once you have selected
the search criteria you want click on the "Find Providers" button at the bottom
of the page.
