Welcome to the Vermont Public Records Request Service. This service is provided by the Department of Information & Innovation (DII). With this service, you can create public records requests, update those requests, and retrieve request history in real time.

Note: This online service is intended for internal tracking of Public Information Requests by state staff. If you wish to make a request for information you should contact the state entity that holds that information. Contact information for most state entities can be found at the A-Z Directory on the state's home page.
