Course Title: How to Manage a Virtual Team
Course Description: This course focuses on how to supervise a virtual team. A virtual team exists when one or more members telework or are not co-located. Through various training scenarios, managers will discuss issues that may arise when managing virtual or remote employees. This course emphasizes collaboration in creating results-oriented standards with measures and indicators of success, agreement on core hours and communication response time, and best practices for facilitating employee self-regulation.
