Course Title: Leading a Generationally Diverse Workforce

Course Description: Through this course, Federal leaders will gain important information, strategies, and tools to understand, engage, and successfully lead a multi-generational workforce. Course participants will enhance their knowledge of the dynamics of our 21st Century Federal workforce. Participants will also learn the critical need and value for leaders to focus on the actual styles, preferences, and needs of each individual in their workforce, in addition to considering the generational impacts that may create similarities or differences for specific cohorts of people from different eras.

This highly-participatory course contains modules for leaders on: recruitment, interviewing, and employee onboarding; employee engagement; and employee development. The course also provides learning exercises and job aids to increase and enhance leaders’ positive interactions with employees. DURATION: 1.5 hrs.

Schedule: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
