Course Title: Communicate like a Pro: Performance and Developmental Feedback
Course Description: This course provides an overview of conducting effective performance and developmental discussions with employees. Supervisors, managers, and agency HR Specialists who are interested in becoming better informed of how to conduct these discussions will benefit from this workshop. This course includes hands on examples of effective discussion tactics as well as guidance on how to structure different types of performance and developmental discussions. Participants also engage in an interactive role play exercise to practice conducting feedback discussions using real world scenarios.
Location: An upcoming session of this workshop will be delivered on March 8, 2017 at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, Learning Center (1900 E St NW, Washington, DC, 20415). The workshop can also be delivered to a group of employees at an agency, per agency request.
