Course Title: Telework for Employees

Course Description: This 4-hour course acquaints participants with the benefits and challenges of teleworking and employee responsibilities in a teleworking environment. The design includes a wide variety of instructional techniques designed to maximize adult learning including mini lectures, group discussions and activities, role-plays, simulations, case studies, videos, and individual and team action planning. Course topics include:Telework in the Federal Government, Benefits and Value of Telework, The Challenges, Communication and Performance Expectations, HR Considerations, and How to Be an Effective Teleworker.
