§341 Meeting of Creditors Audio Request

It is the responsibility of the U. S. Bankruptcy Administrator to provide public access to recordings of meetings of creditors. Any interested party may request a copy of the recorded §341 (a) meeting proceedings from the U. S. Bankruptcy Administrator at the party's expense. The U. S. Bankruptcy Administrator maintains these recordings for a period of two years after the conclusion of the scheduled meeting. Upon the expiration of this two year period, the recording will be erased or destroyed.

Audio files posted to our website are posted per request. Files will remain active for a minimum of 24 hours from the posting date. Files may remain longer depending on the number of request at the time of posting.
