CRITERIA: Only Spouse with at least 20 years of marriage or more, 20 years or more service creditable eligibility for retired pay, 15 or 20 years or more years of marriage must overlap during the member performed creditable service may receive benefits.
If remarries will loses ID Card and entitlement. If a former spouse becomes unmarried through divorce, annulment or death, he/she may be eligible for reinstatement of ID Card for Commissary, Exchange and MWR only. |
