Decision Support System (DSS)
This information technology (IT) Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), web/portal-based program addresses Joint Service EOD (JSEOD) gaps in asset location, collaboration, coordination, and real-time data/action sharing and reporting. It provides JSEOD technicians with EOD unique situation awareness, improved knowledge management, and advanced collaborative decision making. The Navy is the proponent for developing and maintaining this system.
The JSEOD DSS is composed of three core products:
- JSEODNET: provides secure tactical transport mechanism
- JSEOD Portal: provides access to critical EOD info and tools
- MFK Software: JEOD mission-performance tool suite
