Associate and Assistant Counsel 

Associate and assistant counsel are to be compensated at the rate from $75.00 per hour up to $115.00 per hour depending on experience in criminal defense practice and the work to be performed. The following provides a general guideline for determining the appropriate rate:

Up to 1 year $75 per hour
1 - 2 years $80 per hour
2 - 3 years $85 per hour
3 - 4 years $90 per hour
4 - 5 years $95 per hour
5 - 6 years $100 per hour
6 - 7 years $105 per hour
7 - 8 years $110 per hour
8 years and up $115 per hour
