ExPORTER RELEASE NOTES

Release Note 1.12.1.1:

Beginning October 1, 2011 the weekly updates to the ExPORTER database include not only awards made in the current fiscal year but also projects funded in a prior year that are only now appearing in the RePORTER database. Examples in which this occurs include fellowships awarded in a prior year that have just been activated and new RePORTER records added when an existing grant is transferred to a new institution (type 7 awards).
