FLAGS & LEGAL PUBLICATIONS
State flags and law books can be ordered from the secretary of state's office in several ways.
- To order by mail, use the Flag Order Form or Legal Publications Order Form, print the form, fill it out and mail it with payment (including sales tax) to the Elections office.
- To order by phone, call the Elections office at (785) 296-4557, or
- To order in person, come to the Elections office in Memorial Hall, 1st floor, 120 SW 10th Avenue, Topeka, KS 66612-1594.
Each method requires sales tax based on where the item will be delivered. Click here to look up the tax rate by address.
The Secretary of State's online store is offline for maintenance. A new store will be coming soon. You may still order flags by mail, phone or in person.
