DoD has entered into agreements with the governments of France, Canada, UK, Germany, and the Netherlands to provide contract audit services and other contract administration services for each other. This type of an arrangement is known as a "Reciprocal Agreement," which is a memorandum of understanding that allows for reciprocal "no–cost" audits of contracts and subcontracts, both pre and post award.
