Mississippi Rules of Civil Procedure Revision Project

The Supreme Court’s Rules Committee on Civil Practice and Procedure is conducting a comprehensive review of the Mississippi Rules of Civil Procedure. The Committee invites attorneys and judges to submit proposed revisions.

Submissions were initially due by December 31, 2015. The time has been extended to August 31, 2016.

Proposals must be mailed to the Committee at Post Office Box 249, Jackson, Mississippi 39205. They will be scanned and posted below as they are received.
