Student Corner - Page Program

For more than 100 years, messengers known as Pages have served the United States Congress. Pages are appointed and sponsored by a member of Congress.  Pages must be high school juniors and at least sixteen years old. Senate Page duties consist of delivery of correspondence and legislative material within the Congressional complex, preparing the chamber for Senate sessions, and carrying bills and amendments to the desk.  Pages also attend classes in the early morning at the United States Senate Page School. The Page School is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools.  Click here to learn more about the page program.

If you are interested in becoming a page: While I do not have appointment privilege, I am able to pass on your information to the appropriate authorities.  Please submit a brief letter stating your interest with the following information: Full Name of Applicant, Social Security Number, Date of Birth, Gender, GPA (must be at least 3.0), Home Address, Phone Number and Session of Interest.

     Letters may be sent to:
