Phase 1 construction is completed.  The National Park Service and Federal Highway Administration want to thank you for your patience during Phase 1 construction and hope that visitors to the Marin Headlands enjoy all of the improvements.

Phase 2 construction will begin in early 2013 and is anticipated to be complete in late 2014.

Point Bonita Lighthouse

Point Bonita Bridge Replacement is Complete! The tunnel, bridge and lighthouse are open to the public on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays from 12:30 - 3:30 pm.

Battery Spencer (scenic overlook of Golden Gate) OPEN DAILY
Kirby Cove Campground OPEN (camping by reservation only)
Hawk Hill OPEN
NIKE Site OPEN (Wednesday-Friday 12:30 - 3:30 and first Saturday of each month)
The Marine Mammal Center OPEN DAILY (10:00 - 5:00)
Black Sands Beach/ Upper Fisherman's Trail OPEN
Marin Headlands Visitor Center OPEN DAILY (9:30 - 4:30)
