Project Headlands
Phase 1 (2010-2011)
Phase 1 is complete. Phase 1 reconstruction of Conzelman Road, McCullough Road, and East Road, along with several associated parking areas, trails, and drainage features in the Marin Headlands, was completed in December 2011. The National Park Service and Federal Highway Administration want to thank you for your patience during Phase 1 construction and hope that visitors to the Marin Headlands enjoy all of the improvements.
