You have elected to schedule a 2-hour Disabled Transition Assistance Program (DTAP) briefing with a VA counselor. This briefing is for Military Service Members who may be separated or retired from active duty because of a disability or who believe they have a disability that qualifies them for the VA’s Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment Program.

Military Service Members must receive preseparation counseling and complete DD Form 2648 or DD 2648-1 prior to attending a DTAP briefing. If you have received preseparation counseling, you will be presented the Client Menu where you can select Schedule.

You must register or already be registered with ACAP, the Army’s secured area of ACAP On-Line, in order to schedule a DTAP Briefing.
