The Washington State Patrol's Crime and Safety page provides information about crime prevention, criminal history, forensic services, investigative services and task forces, missing persons, most wanted criminals, as well as other criminal justice and public safety resources.

  • Identification and Criminal History Section and WATCH
    The Identification and Criminal History Records Section (Section) provides information on how to obtain criminal history record information (CHRI) by mail or online through the WATCH website, as well as information about Compromised Identity Claims.

  • Forensic Laboratory Services Bureau
    The Washington State Patrol Crime Laboratories play a vital role in the state's criminal justice process by providing forensic science expertise to various law enforcement and assisting agencies at crime scenes, as well as preparing evidence for trial and providing expert testimony.

  • Investigative Services Bureau
    The Investigative Services Bureau five divisions provide various public services, including homeland security; narcotics investigation and dismantling of clandestine labs; fatality, criminal, and missing children investigations; computer forensics; organized crime intelligence; as well as providing assistance and resources on investigations with other federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies.

    The Missing & Unidentified Persons Unit (MUPU) assists law enforcement agencies and parents in locating missing persons.

    A listing of WSP's most wanted fugitives as well as arrested felons.
