The State of Washington relies on businesses and citizens to voluntarily pay their fair share of taxes to fund state services.

Washington residents are required to register their vehicles within 30 days. A Washington resident may also commit fraud by registering a vehicle out of state in order to avoid paying sales or use tax. If you suspect a violation of either of these laws and would like to report it, please complete and submit the web form below.

If you have difficulties submitting online license fraud reports using the web form, we recommend using our alternate method to submit your report via e-mail. For example: You can download, complete, and email the form, or submit the request in the text of your email to LicenseFraud@wsp.wa.gov.

By E-mail: Complete this form: License Fraud Submission Form MS Word logo and email directly to LicenseFraud@wsp.wa.gov to report any license fraud. You may also submit the request in the text of your email.
