Master Chief Petty Officer Tisdale
Command Master Chief
Master Chief Tisdale enlisted in the Navy in July 1989, reported to basic training at RTC Orlando, Florida. After basic training, she attended Ship's Serviceman "A" School in Meridian, Mississippi. After graduating from SH "A" school she reported to her first command USS HUNLEY (AS-31) in Norfolk, VA. After three assignments serving as a Ship's Serviceman, she changed her rating to Master-At-Arms and attended MA "A" School at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, TX in 1998.
Her sea duty assignments include USS HUNLEY (AS-31), USS L.Y. SPEAR (AS-36), USS NIMITZ (CVN-68), USS KITTY HAWK (CVN-63), and USS HARRY S. TRUMAN (CVN-75). Her shore assignments include a Company Commander assignment at Naval Air Station, Meridian, MS, Chief of Police assignment at Naval Air Station, Pensacola, FL, Assistant Security Officer, Naval Support Activity, Manama, Bahrain, and Senior Enlisted Leader at Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific, Bremerton, WA.
Master Chief Tisdale was selected for the Command Master Chief Program in January 2012 and is a graduate of the Navy's Senior Enlisted Academy (Gray Group, Class 131). She attended the Command Master Chief/Chief of the Boat Course in January of 2013 and was assigned to HSM-77, in Atsugi, Japan. She is currently serving as Command Master Chief of Fleet Readiness Center West, Lemoore, CA where she reported in January 2015.
Master Chief Tisdale graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor's degree in Finance. Her decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal (2 awards), Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (6 awards), Navy Achievement Medal (3 awards) and various campaign and unit decorations.
