Joint Task Force North is a joint activity located on Fort Bliss, Texas. Department of Defense employees are salaried by the U.S. Air Force. All DoD employees will be provided a link to an Onboarding Manager website for general personnel onboarding before their start date. New employees will receive - by email - a welcome packet, which consists of a welcome letter, new employee orientation and a mandatory ethics training, which must be completed before reporting to the command. Personnel will report to the command's J1 on their first duty day at 7:30 a.m. in business attire to begin inprocessing. They must bring their U.S. passport, birth certificate and Onboarding Manager password.
