Our subject matter experts have directed case management coordination and capacity-building assistance for hundreds of minority community-based organizations. Through funding provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, members of our project team coordinated and delivered individualized capacity building assistance to community-based organizations on the front line in our nation's efforts to stop HIV transmission among its most vulnerable populations.
As a capacity-building technical assistance provider, under contract to the National Minority AIDS Council as well as the HHS Health Resources and Services Administration, National Health Services Corps, project team members have designed customized action plans to support the internal operating capacity of public- and private-sector organizations in a variety of areas, including:
