Subscribe to NCLEX Program Reports
NCLEX Program Reports help program educators and administrators understand how their nursing students performed on the NCLEX examination. Some subscribers use the NCLEX Program Reports to track program growth, while others reform curriculum or modify instructional methodology to address relative weaknesses of their nursing program.
An NCLEX Program Reports subscription lasts for one year and may include up to three reports: the Annual Edition, the Fall Edition and the Spring Edition. There are three different types of NCLEX Program Reports Subscriptions:
Annual: One PDF file comes with this subscription. This report contains information about all students testing between April 1 and March 31. The Annual Edition is released around May 8.
Semi-Annual: Two PDF files come with this subscription. The first report, called the Fall Edition, contains information about students testing between April 1 and Sept. 30 and is released around Nov. 1. The second edition, called the Spring Edition, contains information about students testing between Oct. 1 and March 31 and is released around May 1.
Joint Annual and Semi-Annual: Three PDF files come with this subscription. This subscription includes the Annual Edition, the Fall Edition and the Spring Edition of the NCLEX Program Reports.
The cost of an NCLEX Program Reports subscription varies based on the type of nursing program described in the reports (RN or PN) and the type of subscription ordered (Annual, Semi-Annual, or Joint Annual and Semi-Annual). Visit the Mountain Measurement website for detailed information on NCLEX Program Reports subscription costs and general information on the NCLEX Program Reports.

ITT Tech’s Permanent Shutdown Includes Nine Ohio Campuses
ITT Educational Services announced Tuesday that it is permanently closing all of its ITT Technical Institute campuses, including nine in Ohio, after the U.S. Department of Education (USDOE) blocked the schools from enrolling new students who receive federal aid. According to the USDOE, students have two options: Those currently or recently enrolled at ITT are eligible to have federal student loans for their programs at ITT discharged. Students may also be able to transfer credits to a different school, though that option may limit the ability to have federal loans discharged. USDOE said it will update student information on the ITT closing at its website, studentaid.ed.gov/sa/about/announcements/itt. (See The Hannah Report, 9/6/16.)
For information about whether another Ohio approved nursing education program would award credit for advanced standing and admission, students need to contact the programs directly. A list of approved programs and contact information is located under the Education Program link.
The Board has been informed that Parchment, (http://www.parchment.com/) is the custodian of records for the now closed Breckenridge School of Nursing and Health Sciences @ITT Technical Institutes located in Ohio. Parchment is presently processing transcript requests.
