• Fall 2016 to Late Spring 2017: Relocate utilities – work will be performed by telecommunications and electrical companies
• Summer to Fall 2017: Advertise and award construction contract, build access roads and support piers and abutments
• 2018: Majority of bridge and roadway construction occurs
