SGM Jordan assignments includes tours with 4/54th IN, Fort Knox, KY, 5/20th IN, Camp Casey Korea (2), 1/12th IN, Fort Carson, CO, 197th IN BDE, Fort Benning, GA, 5/20th IN, 3/10th IN, Fort Leonardwood, MO, 3/47 IN, Fort Benning, GA, 3/3 IN, Fort Benning, GA, University of Georgia ROTC, Athens, GA, 1/66th AR, Fort Carson, CO prior to joining the Army Wounded Warrior.

Throughout his career he has served in leadership positions including Team Leader, Squad Leader, Platoon Sergeant, Drill Sergeant, Equal Opportunity Advisor, First Sergeant, Operations Sergeants Major, Battalion Command Sergeants Major, and BDE Rear Detachment Sergeants Major.

SGM Jordan military education includes Warrior Leader Course, Advanced Leader Course, Senior Leader Course, Airborne School, Equal Opportunity School, Master Fitness Course, and Sergeants Major Academy
