COL Tom Webb (USA Retired)Colonel Thomas D. Webb (Ret.) is currently the Executive Director for Warrior Care and Transition.  His duties include focusing on policy and strategy while supporting the Army Surgeon General's vision for warrior care. Mr. Webb graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1985 with a degree in civil engineering and received a commission as an infantry officer.  He holds two master's degrees and completed the Command and General Staff College and the School of Advanced Military Studies.  He retired in in November of 2009 after nearly 25 years of military service. 

During his Army career, he served as Director of Plans, Training, Mobilization and security at Fort Belvoir, coordinating support to the National Capitol Region in response to the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.  He commanded the Oahu Base Support Battalion at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, and served as the Operations officer for the Regional Command West in Afghanistan with the 25th Infantry Division.  He also served as the Infantry Branch Chief and Deputy Director for the Office of Personnel Management Division of the Human Resource Command, where he worked with many wounded officers who chose to Continue on Active Duty.

Mr.  Webb has received numerous awards and decorations including; the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal (5 OLC), Army
Commendation Medal (5 OLC), Army Achievement Medal (2 OLC), Korean Defense Service Medal, Humanitarian Service Medals, Parachutist Badge, Ranger Tab, Expert Infantryman's Badge and the Combat Infantryman's Badge.

He is married to Veteran Sabrina San Fillipo.  They have one daughter Gianna.  They reside in Haymarket, Va.
