2012 Affirmative Action Plan (pdf)
The Laboratory is committed to developing and maintaining a representative workforce and to providing its employees and applicants for employment with a discrimination-free work environment. LLNL has developed and implemented its Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) to provide guidance and a means of measuring progress toward this goal. This document describes the steps the Laboratory will take to comply with Executive Order 11246 (as amended). The AAP document is updated annually. The 2012 AAP document was prepared by the Office of Strategic Diversity Programs and the Workforce Planning and Analysis Group.
