Course Title: Human Resource Development and Training

Course Description: Course Number MBU 566: Explores theories, processes, and practices in training and development, addressing such topics as adult learning, instructional design, evaluation, coaching, management development, organization development and change, job training, and career development.

Note: As this course is part of the M.A. in HRM curriculum, prospective students must submit an application, transcripts and resume/CV. To access the application pdf, click here. A total of no more than 3 courses may be taken from CUA as a non-matriculating degree student.

Location: Catholic University, Washington, DC

Schedule: 2.5 hour course once a week; offered each semester
