Before turning onto a street, please note the direction of traffic flow. Parking InformationParking structure operated by Ellis Parking Co. , is directly across from the courthouse. If you use the parking structure, the entrance is on Beach Street between Second and Third Streets. Beach Street is one block east of Church Street and is a southbound one-way street. Street Parking: One-hour street parking is available in the general area of the Flint Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse. Restrictions on Cell Phones and Other Communication DevicesNon-attorneys are not permitted to bring cell phones (including BlackBerrys) or any other device with wireless communication capabilities into court facilities within the Eastern District of Michigan. As defined in the provisions of E.D. Mich LR 83.31(f)(2) attorneys appearing in connection with any judicial proceeding or presenting evidence of bar membership may bring a cell phone or any other device with wireless communication capabilities into a court facility within the Eastern District of Michigan. Identification and Security RequirementsValid picture identification is required for entry into court facilities within the Eastern District of Michigan, and all persons are required to pass through security similar to airport screening.
