Judicial Council Meetings

The Judicial Council holds six to eight business meetings each year. These meetings are open to the public unless closed under rule 10.6(a) or (b) of the California Rules of Court. A meeting agenda is posted here at least seven days in advance, and meeting materials are linked as soon as available.

Public Comment

The Judicial Council welcomes public comment, as it can enhance the council's understanding of the issues coming before it. Members of the public may submit comments in writing in advance of any meeting on specific agenda items or on general topics of judicial administration, or they may arrange to speak at any public meeting. For more information, view the public comment procedures.
