Administration directs the overall operations of the Arkansas Insurance Department, handles all media inquiries, and coordinates consumer protection and outreach activities. Each of our divisions works collectively to ensure the Department’s mission of consumer protection is fulfilled. Our staff of more than 200 highly skilled and dedicated employees is committed to serving the citizens of Arkansas every day.
