  • Annual Data Call for FY17    (9/2/16)

    ISDP will transition to an annual data call with the FY17 data call, which will be released in September. It is important to note that ISDP will no longer send quarterly data calls to order or renew products. Please see our FAQ page for more info. Or contact ISDP at NIHisdp@mail.nih.gov

  • New Adobe Contract    (6/30/16)

    A new Adobe contract begins September 1, 2016, and ISDP will no longer provide the current Adobe products. You must reorder during the FY16 Q4 data call any currently running Adobe products that expire on August 31. You can find the new list of Adobe products in your data call workbook or on the ISDP website

  • ISDP FY16 2nd QTR Data Call Announced    (1/20/16)

  • 2016 SAS and JMP License Keys Now Available    (1/13/16)

    The 2016 SAS and JMP license codes have been uploaded and are available HERE. We want to make our customers aware that SAS will need to be reinstalled (The installation files are located HERE). The new SAS installation files contain the entire depot of SAS Software, whereas the older downloads did not. While it will take longer to download this time, the new 2016 license files will unlock the entire software suite, not just parts of it. JMP reinstallations are not necessary.     Premier Support for Oracle Database 11.2 (aka 11gR2) ended on 1/31/2015. Oracle will be providing Extended Support for 11.2.0.4 through 12/31/2020.   • Parallels Desktop 11 Hotfix 2 (PD11.0.2) Installation    (11/3/15)

    Users should update the Parallels Desktop 11 Hotfix 2 (PD11.0.2) before installing the new Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan. Installing El Capitan before installing PD11.0.2 can cause glitches that can make the program highly unstable and potentially inoperable over time.
