Administrator Opens the Staff Care CenterPosted to the HR Blog by Robert Baker on Thursday, February 9th 2012 The Staff Care Program launch was be presided over by the Administrator on February 7, 2012. The launch was followed by an Open House at the new USAID Staff Care Center. Through the Program, all employees and their eligible family members will be able to access a variety of practical information and resources via phone, e-mail, SMS, or the Web 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Opening of the Center and standing up of the Staff Care Unit in HR is part of real culture change in the Agency. The Staff Care Center is beautiful, has a welcoming feel, and it was wonderful to meet the team. Raj made some bold statements at the opening that were meaningful and showed leadership's commitment to the longer, broader effort of caring for our diverse workforce.
