FACSFAC DET Pearl Harbor

FACSFAC San Diego Detachment Pearl Harbor was established in 1980 to support Fleet operations in and around the Hawaiian Islands. Located on Ford Island, FACSFAC Detachment Pearl Harbor is an FAA certified facility overseeing 133,000 square miles of air and surface operations areas.

Performing the same missions and responsibilities as FACSFAC San Diego on a smaller scale, FACSFAC Detachment Pearl Harbor provides direct support to Navy/Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe, Hickam AFB, the Hawaiian Air National Guard, Wheeler Army Air Field, Sand Island Coast Guard Station and various units of the U.S. Pacific Fleet and Pacific RIM Nations.

As the Regional Airspace Coordinator for the Mid-Pacific, FACSFAC Detachment Pearl Harbor is deeply involved in the planning and development of the airspace required in and around Guam and the Marianas. As the scheduler and coordinator for all Mid-Pacific and Western Pacific commercial air services deployments, FACSFAC Detachment Pearl Harbor is the lead for providing commercial air services support in Hawaii and for various exercises in the Seventh Fleet AOR.
