| Roster Cost will be determined by time required to generate documents per Public Records Statutes, Neb. Rev. Stat. ยง 84-712. Standard roster requests will be free and available within four business days. Mailing lists requested by governmental agencies, political subdivisions of Nebraska or geological societies will be issued at no cost to the requesting organization. |

Checks and money orders should be made out to the Nebraska Board of Geologists. Only checks or money orders are accepted. Nebraska Registration Law does not permit the return of fees submitted with applications.
ELECTRONIC CHECK RE-PRESENTMENT POLICY: In the event that your check is returned unpaid for insufficient or uncollected funds, we may re-present your check electronically. In the ordinary course of business, your check will not be provided to you with your statement.
