ArcMap Problems with Layer Symbology Display

ArcMap No Data Display: ArcMap displays an unusual no data value

Background:

The NoData value for all LANDFIRE (LF) products is -9999. ArcMap displays this value as 4294957297.

Advice:

Select the Unique Values option under the Symbology tab in the Layer properties, the NoData pixel value reverts to -9999.
