LANDFIRE (LF) 2001 (Refresh LF 1.0.5) data are available

LF 1.0.5 (Refresh 2001) data are available: LF 1.0.5 data are now available through the LF Data Distribution Site (DDS).

Background:
Available LF 1.0.5 data include the six fuel layers - Forest Canopy Cover, Forest Canopy Height, Canopy Bulk Density, Canopy Base Height, Fire Behavior Fuel Model 13, and Fire Behavior Fuel Model 40 — and the three existing vegetation layers — Existing Vegetation Cover, Existing Vegetation Height, and Existing Vegetation Type. LF 1.0.5 data started with LF 1.0.0 (National) data and were modified to account for areas of existing vegetation and fuels along international boundaries, and where previously classified as agriculture, urban, rock, &water.
