BAR ATTORNEY RENEWAL FEE STRUCTURE:
The Board of Judges of the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, amended the Court's policy on attorney renewals. Previously an attorney admitted as a member of the Bar of the Middle District of Florida was required to pay a membership renewal fee every three years. The collection of membership renewal fees is suspended until June 1, 2020. Effective June 1, 2020, a member of the Bar must pay a membership renewal fee of $15.00 every five years.

The Honorable Virginia M. Hernandez Covington has updated certain policies and procedures for civil and criminal cases. The updates are explained thoroughly on her website.
