Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
Most civil cases are assigned at filing to the court's ADR Multi-Option Program. The goal of the program is early, cost-effective and fair resolution of civil cases. Through that program, or by direct referral from the assigned judge, the court offers four separate ADR processes.
